Los Angeles Lakers center JaVale McGee joined Allie Clifton on Spectrum SportsNet to talk about staying in shape during quarantine when there is no access to the team’s facilities. The two-time NBA champion was asked specifically about what he does to keep his shot blocking rhythm. The response was hilarious.

“Just knocking stuff off of the counters, closing cabinets, car doors. Anything that has the motion of swatting shots,” McGee said. On the more serious note, he said that whenever the season is resumed, he expects the Lakers to be focused and ready to fight for the goal they have set before the season started.
