The Chinese Basketball Association (CBA) intends to suspend the season until July 1st, according to Eurohoops.net.

The league had initially decided to resume play in May, however this was not possible due to the coronavirus crisis.

CBA officials held a teleconference on Tuesday to address when the 2019-20 season can resume or be ultimately canceled.

Even though July 1st seems to be the preferred date to resume the season, the final decision will be made after a CBA investors’ meeting on April 20.
