One proposition to resume the suspended NBA season is for teams to have two practices and to play all games in Las Vegas, according to Austin Rivers of the Houston Rockets.
The 27-year-old guard shared this on his Instagram live. The Rockets are currently 6th in the Western Conference with 40 wins and 24 losses.
