The suspension of the NBA season does not only mean no basketball for the fans. It also affects employees of the teams who are getting paid by the hour.

Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban said he is looking for ways to support Mavs and arena staff, who will be without a job while the season is suspended.

“I reached out … to find out what it would cost to financially support people who aren’t going to be able to come to work,” he said.
