Brooklyn Nets point guard Spencer Dinwiddie talked about the recent firing of head coach Kenny Atkinson. When asked if there was any resistance to Atkinson’s vision, he gave his explanation of what happened.
“This is the NBA. Disagreements happen in alpha-male dominated environment with a lot of testosterone in a highly competitive situation,” Dinwiddie said.
The Nets are currently on track for the playoffs as they sit in the seventh place in the Eastern Conference with 28 wins and 34 losses.
