It seems Carmelo Anthony found his place in Portland. The 35-year-old forward is enjoying himself playing for the Blazers and the numbers are showing it. Melo has just dropped 32 points, including a dagger, against the Pistons.
Anthony talked to the media before the upcoming game against the Pacers. He spoke about how he feels in Portland. Also, joked about the teammates stealing the rebounds, especially Hassan Whiteside.
“I’m having fun. It’s a lot of fun. Just being able to go out there and play…being around the guys. Uplifting spirits when they down…be that guy that everybody can rely on for some positivity.”

This season Melo is averaging 15.5 points and 6.4 rebounds in 32.6 minutes per game. Portland is currently 9th in the West (26-33), fighting for a playoff spot.
