WWE Hall of Famer Rick Flair revealed he was initially hesitant to do the LA Lakers intro prior to the game against the New Orleans Pelicans on Tuesday.
The reason was that the game took place only 24 hours after the Kobe Bryant memorial on Monday (24/02).
“I felt a little bad that close to the memorial that was so overwhelming on Monday. But, they asked me and I said ‘are you guys sure?’ and they said ‘Yeah, please. The crowd needs to be pumped up a little bit,”’ Flair told TMZ Sports.
