Hilton Armstrong has announced his intention to play for Panathinaikos next season.
The 28 year old American center confirmed his agreement with Panathinaikos via his personal twitter account just minutes ago.
“Good Morning everyone. Just wanted to share some good news. I will be plays for Panathinaikos, a Great team in Greece!”

Armstrong, who averaged 11.1ppg and 7.2rbg with ASVEL Basket in France last year, topped Panathinaikos head coach Argyris Pedoulakis shortlist after cases such as Stephane Lasme and Louis Amundson stalled for various reasons and while Panathinaikos has already started their training camp a fortnight ago, the club needed to complete their roster as soon as possible.
The Greens should be in the market for power forward and a reserve center.
