As we head to the eve of the fourth round of matches in the 2013 Eurobasket qualifiers, here is a brief round-up of what has happened thus far in all groups.

Group A

Montenegro top Group A with a 3-0 record after a 77-64 road win against Estonia, who now drop to 2-1. Serbia bounced back from their heartbraking loss to the Montenegrins with a thumping 91-73 victory over the Slovak Republic, who are stuck at 0-3.

After losing their first two games, Israel got off the mark with a convincing 110-83 success away in Iceland. Both teams have 1-2 records.

Group B

Germany moved to 2-0 after they won away 82-70 in Bulgaria, who themselves drop to 1-2. The closest challengers to the Germans are Azerbaijan, who dropped their first game in Sweden 96-79.

Azerbaijan still top Group B with a 2-1 overall, while Sweden are 1-1 as they prepare for Germany tomorrow night. Bulgaria host bottom side Luxembourg.

Group C

Hungary came from behind to beat Austria 81-75 in Szolnok as they grabbed their first win to move to 1-1 in the group standings. The Austrians slump to 1-2.

In a game where both teams are expected to qualify from Group C, Croatia moved to 2-0 after a 80-79 overtime win in the Ukraine as they suffered their first defeat and fell to 2-1. Bojan Bogdanovic hit a three with six seconds in the extra period left to seal the win.

Group D

Latvia secured its first win at the second attempt, beating Netherlands 85-70 as they fall to 0-3. Georgia though secured a huge 96-95 away win in Sarajevo against Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Georgia improve to 2-0 while Bosnia and Herzegovina suffer their first loss, but still top Group D with a 2-1 record.

Group E

Finland spoiled the first home game for Poland in their new arena in Koszalin by beating them 81-79. The Poles are now 1-2 after a poor start to their campaign. Finland are 2-0 and top of the group.

Belgium are also 2-0 in the group after thrashing Switzerland 98-49 in Antwerp.
