Nikos Zisis could be moving to Spain to continue his career. Tubasket.com reports that the Greek guard is set to join this year’s Euroleague debutants Bilbao, the team coached by a fellow Greek Fotis Katsikaris.

The player, who turns 29 in August, has been a member of Italian champions Montepaschi Siena. Bilbao would be the fifth team in his career if the move does happen.

Since the arrival of Bo McCalebb to Siena Zisis’ role at the team has decreased. The Thessaloniki native averaged just 4.5 points per game in this year’s Euroleague.

Zisis can play as point guard and shooting guard could replace Aaron Jackson who is attracting the interest of the top Russian and Turkish clubs.
