CSKA dominated the game against Khimki in the second half and won the Moscow Derby versus Khimki (69-78) for Round 22 of the EuroLeague.

Dimitris Itoudis’ team took a 21-point lead (38-59), on a 19-6 run, in the third quarter, with Mike James taking over for his team.

James finished the game with 21 points, while Johannes Voigtmann got a double double with 15 points and 14 rebounds.

On the other hand, Khimki was competitive only in the first half (32-40), with Alexey Shved finishing the contest with a game-high 27 points, 6 assists and 8 of the 16 turnovers of his team.

At the start of the game, both teams took 24 and 8 second violation in honour of Kobe Bryant.
