LeBron James scored 21 points (9/16 FG, 2/5 3PT, 1/3 FT), grabbed six rebounds, dished out five assists and tallied five steals in the Los Angeles Lakers’ 100-92 win over the New York Knicks at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night. James remains 44 points behind Kobe Bryant for No. 3 on NBA’s All-Time scoring list. Anthony Davis added 28 points, five boards and five assists. The Lakers sit atop the Western Coference with a 35-9 record, whereas the Knicks, who have lost nine of their last 11 games, dropped to 12-33.
