Olympiacos is very close to reaching a deal with head coach Giorgos Bartzokas, according to Nikos Varlas of Eurohoops.net.
Bartzokas is expected to sign with the “Reds” for the next two and a half years (until the summer of 2022).
The Greek coach, who has been a free agent since January 2019, when he parted ways with Khimki, will return to Olympiacos after a five-year absence.
Bartzokas was the head coach of the “Reds” from 2012 to 2014, leading the team to the 2013 EuroLeague title.
