In a EuroLeague classic that went into an extra session, Nick Calathes had one of the best games of his career, leading Panathinaikos OPAP Athens to an 102-106 road win against CSKA Moscow and in the process earning the MVP of the Round honor.

Calathes scored 22 points, making 3 of 5 two-point shots and 3 of 8 triples, including the one that sent the game into overtime with 7 seconds left.

The Greens’ point guard dished 17 assists – the joint third-highest total this century – and pulled down 6 rebounds with 1 steal and 9 drawn fouls for a performance index rating of 40.

This is his second MVP of the Round honor this season, and sixth of his career.
