Golden State Warriors head coach Steve Kerr referred to what makes the superstar of Dallas Mavericks, Luka Doncic, special.
“I think just playing with a smile on your face is something relatively unique. Most guys are locked in and they are pretty serious,” coach Kerr said, per CBS Sports.
“I watched Luka the other night against San Antonio in his first game back and he’s out there smiling and laughing, and that is similar to Steph.
I think fans love that and they want to see the players enjoying themselves. He’s an amazing player. … He’s got a great skill set and approach to the game. He’s great for the league and we are lucky to have him in the league,” he added.
Doncic led the Mavericks to the 121-141 victory over the Warriors, with the Slovenian guard posting another triple-double (31 points, 12 rebounds, 15 assists) and setting multiple NBA records.
Dallas is at 21-10, whereas Golden State has a 9-25 record.
