Celtics head coach Brad Stevens says partnership between Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum is unique

Boston Celtics head coach Brad Stevens called the partnership between Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum “unique”.

“We’ve known from the moment they stepped on the court together…you could see it was pretty unique,” Stevens said, per Boston Sports Journal’s Brian Robb.

Brown and Tatum combined for 64 points against the Cleveland Cavaliers (129-117), helping their team earn its fifth straight victory and improve to 22-7.

Tatum has been averaging 21.3 points and 7.2 rebounds this season, while Brown posts a career-best 20.2 points, 7.0 rebounds and 2.4 assists per game.
