Brooklyn Nets guard Spencer Dinwiddie was unstoppable offensively against the Atlanta Hawks and reached a milestone.

Dinwiddie finished the game with 39 points (13/27 shooting), six rebounds and six assists and led his team to the 122-112 victory.

He also became the first Nets player since Devin Harris in 2008 to score 30 or more in three consecutive games.

“The crowd really got into it. We kind of sense a little bit of that momentum and some of their uncertainty. We wanted to protect home court, we knew eight or ten point game is not an insurmountable odds,” the versatile guard told reporters afterwards.

Dinwiddie has been the leader of the team during Kyrie Irving’s absence, averaging 22.9 points this season.

Brooklyn has a 16-13 record and is currently seventh in the Eastern Conference.
