26-year old Blanco is currently with Unicaja Malaga, struggling for playing time due to heavy competition in the backcourt. In seven Euroleague games he averages just 8:32 minutes on the floor contributing 2.9 points.
In his last season with Fuenlabrada (2008-2009), Blanco averaged 13.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.4 steals.
Fuenlabrada is also looking for a big in order to cover the loss of Gustavo Ayon who departed for the NBA.
