Toronto Raptors President of basketball operations Masai Ujiri is one of the most wanted executives in the NBA. He has just brought the Raptors to their first ever NBA title and could be thinking of a new challenge.

Landon Buford of Heavy.com quoted Howard Beck of Bleacher Report who said that Ujiri would be interested in fixing the New York Knicks who are struggling for the past few seasons:

“Sources also say Ujiri would be intrigued by the challenge of fixing the Knicks, the chance to build something from scratch and, not insignificantly, by the opportunity to elevate his Giants of Africa philanthropy by working in the New York market.”

According to Beck, Ujiri has contract with the Raptors which runs through 2021 but has a clause that allows him to leave under certain circumstances.
