Panathinaikos endured the come-back of Olympiacos and edged their arch rivals in an overtime thriller (99-93).

The “Reds” came back from double-digit deficits to take the lead (84-86), yet Giorgos Papagiannis made the two-pointer, with 3.5 seconds to go, and forced the extra period (86-86).

Tyrese Rice made the difference for the “Greens” in overtime and finished the game with a career-high 41 points to seal the deal.

Panathinaikos earned its third straight win and improved to 8-4, whereas Olympiacos dropped to 5-7.
