Miami Heat rookie Kendrick Nunn considers himself a top candidate to win the Rookie of the Year award.
The 24-year-old point guard is getting significant playing time in Miami and produces accordingly.
The 25th pick of the NBA Draft 2019 is averaging 16.5 points per game, making 40% of three-pointers and 48% of two-pointers. Nunn already had seven 20+ points games this season.
While Nunn’s stats are impressive for a rookie, the number one pick Zion Williamson is yet to play an official NBA game.
