Ben Simmons was forced to leave the game between the Philadelphia 76ers and the Utah Jazz, due to a right shoulder injury.
Per Shams Charania of The Athletic, Simmons suffered a minor sprain of AC joint in his right shoulder and his condition will be re-evaluated on Thursday (07/11).
