Lokomotiv Kuban came back from an 18-point deficit and handed Zenit Saint Petersburg its third straight loss in the VTB League (80-86).
Zenit was in front by 18 (60-42), yet Lokomotiv turned things around and tied the game, thanks to a 10-28 run (70-70).
After that, Lokomotiv never looked back and closed the match on a 10-16 run to seal the deal, as Zenit never recovered after that.
Johnny O’Bryant and Sam Dekker led the winners with 18 and 13 points, respectively, whereas Will Thomas (17 points) and Colton Iverson (14 points) stood out for the losing squad.
Lokomotiv improved to 3-1, whereas Zenit dropped to 2-3.
