Zenit St. Petersburg dominated Lokomotiv Kuban at home in Game 3 of the VTB League quarterfinals (94-78) and took a 2-1 lead in the series.

The hosts outscored their opponents 31-18 in the second quarter and never looked back. Zenit extended its lead to 22 points late in the third quarter and cruised to the victory (74-52), as Lokomotiv never threatened again.

Jalen Reynolds led the winners with a game-high 23 points and 14 rebounds. On the other hand, Mateusz Ponitka had 12 points, eight boards and a PIR of 20 for the losing squad.

Game 4 will be played in Krasnodar on Saturday (11/05). If Lokomotiv win, they will force a Game 5. If they lose, then Zenit will win the series and qualify for the VTB League semi-finals.
