The Sacramento Kings have offered point guard Buddy Hield a four-year, $90 million contract extension. Hield and his agent are reportedly seeking ‘a number closer to $110 million’:
“I love Sacramento. But if they don’t want me here, if they don’t feel I am part of the core – I feel like I am part of the group that is getting the team back where it needs to be. Like I said, I want to be here and if they don’t want me here, I’ll find somewhere else to be,” Hield said.
Last season, the 26-year-old sharpshooter averaged 20.7 points, 5.0 rebounds and 2.5 assists, while shooting at 42.7 percent from three.
