The Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James thinks shooting guard Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, who signed to a two year, $16 million contract with LA this offseason, will be productive on both ends of the floor:

“He’s looking great. He’s come in in great shape. He’s come in with a great mentality and he’s shot the ball extremely well and defended extremely well. Between KCP, Avery and Danny, having those two-guards, having those combo guards has been great for our ball club,” James said.

This past season, Caldwell-Pope, 26, averaged 11.4 points, 2.9 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game, while shooting at 43.0 percent from the field and 34.7 from three.
