Pascal Siakam seeks a max contract offer from the Toronto Raptors, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
The 2019 NBA champion and winner of the Most Valuable Player award has one year left on his contract and wants to receive a max extension offer from the defending champions. Otherwise, he will consider becoming a restricted free agent in the summer of 2020.
Siakam is eligible for two max deals: a four-year max at $130 million with a rival team, or a five-year max at $170 million with the Raptors.
