The Los Angeles Lakers big man and a three-time Defensive Player of the Year, Dwight Howard, shared his thoughts about team’s defense:
“Defense is all about will: How bad you want it. If you want to stop somebody, you have to bear down and do whatever you can to stop them. That’s the mentality we have to have playing against the best players in the world,” Howard said.
The 33-year-old missed most part of the 2018-19 season owing to injuries, averaging 12.8 points along with 9.2 rebounds per game.
