In a radio appearance on Real 92.3 LA., the now-New Orleans Pelicans point guard Lonzo Ball talked on Kawhi Leonard and how his decision to join the Los Angeles Clippers this summer balanced out of the NBA:

“I mean, Kawhi pretty much balanced everything out. There’s a lot of great teams and now it’s like it’s up for grabs now. I mean that’s just where the league was going. It got to be a point where if you didn’t team up, you had no chance of beating the Warriors. I mean, LeBron did it – which was great – in Cleveland, but he still had Kyrie and K. Love,” Ball said, per The Sports Daily.

This past season, Ball averaged 9.9 points, 5.3 rebounds and 5.4 assists per game. Meanwhile, Leonard – 26.6 points, 7.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists per contest.
