The head coach of Serbia, Sasha Djordjevic, was critical of FIBA and its competition system in the Basketball World Cup.
Here is what the Serbian coach told reporters, per sportskacentrala.com:
“I don’t know what they want to achieve with this system. There are 12 teams to lose with a huge difference.
Losing two games by 40, 50 points is certainly not good and does not help those national teams. We have our quality, we played our fairest and that’s the difference.”
