Giorgos Printezis scored a game-high 16 points and helped Greece decimate Montenegro (85-60) and make a perfect start to the Basketball World Cup.

Aside from the Greek power forward, Giorgos Papagiannis (15 points), Giannis Bourousis (12 points) and Giannis Antetokounmpo (10 points) also scored in double figures for the winners.

Nikola Vucevic and Petar Popovic stood out for the losig squad, with 12 and 11 points, respectively.

Greece took control from the opening tip and cruised to an easy victory. Playing excellent defence and conceding just 16 points in the first half, they led from start to finish and earned an easy victory.

The Greeks will face Brazil on Tuesday (03/09), whereas New Zealand will battle Montenegro.
