JJ Redick decided to withdraw his participation from the 2019 Basketball World Cup and will skip the tournament.
According to Shams Charania of The Athletic, Redick wanted to join Team USA, but he will not attend, as he and his family are transitioning to New Orleans.
10 players of Team USA (Anthony Davis, James Harden, Eric Gordon, Bradley Beal, CJ McCollum, Damian Lillard, Tobias Harris, DeMar DeRozan, Kevin Love, Montrezl Harrell) have already skipped the Basketball World Cup.
