AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan signed shooting guard Michael Roll to a two-year contract.
Roll (1.98 meters, 32 years old) arrives from Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv, where he spent the last two seasons. He averaged 9.1 points, 2.2 rebounds and 2.7 assists in 29 Turkish Airlines EuroLeague appearances last season with Maccabi. Roll also helped Maccabi win back-to-back Israeli League championships in his time with the club.
The seasoned veteran began his professional career with Bornova in Turkey and has since played for Besiktas Istanbul, Turk Telekom Ankara and Buyukcekmece in that country, Antwerp in Belgium and CAI Zaragoza and Baskonia Vitoria-Gasteiz in Spain.
