Khimki took to Twitter on Thursday and announced that Janis Timma has signed a two-year contract with the club.

The Latvian forward will remain with the Muscovites until the end of the 2020/21 season.

Timma spent the second part of the 2018/19 season with Khimki, on loan from Olympiacos, averaging 17.8 points, four rebounds and 1.7 assists in 13 games in the VTB Regular Season as well as 14.8 points, 3.1 boards and two assists in the playoffs.

The 26-year-old player officially parted ways with the “Reds” on Wednesday.
