According to the report, the Spanish coach has expressed his desire to part ways with Gran Canaria and become the new head coach of Barcelona.
Emiliano Carchia of Sportando also confirmed the news. However, no official announcement is expected prior to the end of the ACB Finals between the Catalans and Real Madrid.
