Anthony Davis reportedly goes to the LA Lakers

The New Orleans Pelicans have reportedly agreed to a deal to send big man Anthony Davis to the Los Angeles Lakers in exchange for point guard Lonzo Ball, small forward Brandon Ingram, shooting guard Josh Hart and the following picks: No. 4 pick in 2019, Pelicans get 2021 pick if it’s top 8 – otherwise they get unprotected 2022 pick, unprotected pick swap in 2023, unprotected first rounder in 2024 that Pelicans can defer to 2025.

Anthony Davis plans to sign a new contract to remain with the Lakers when he will be eligible for free agency in 2020, per ESPN.

Last season, Davis averaged 25.9 points, 12.0 rebounds, 2.4 blocks and 3.9 assists per game, while shooting at 51.7 percent from the floor and 33.1 percent from three in 33.0 minutes of action.
