Fenerbahce dominated Zalgiris Kaunas in Game 4 (82-99) and won the series (3-1) to advance to the 2019 Final Four.

The Turks never trailed in the game and led by as many as 20 points to cruise to the win (64-84).

The visitors took an early lead (10-27), but the Lithuanians cut the deficit to four points (48-52). Yet, Fenerbahce quickly brought their lead back to double digits (48-60, 61-72) and sealed the deal.

Five players scored in double figures for the winners, with Bobby Dixon leading the way with 25 points (on 9/10 shooting). On the other hand, Brandon Davies and Nate Wolters had 25 and 18 points, respectively.

Fenerbahce qualified to its fifth straight Final Four.
