Real Madrid head coach Pablo Laso referred to the injury of Sergio Llull and the possibility of missing the playoffs.

Here is what the Spanish coach of the “Whites” said in the post-game press conference of the loss to Zalgiris Kaunas (86-93):

“Honestly, I think it’s difficult for him to play the playoffs. I wish he could play but it seems complicated because I don’t think my medical staff are magicians or gurus.

I think they are wonderful, excellent but not magicians or gurus. And they want to get Llull back in the best possible way and in the best possible moment like they did last season.

Last year he was out for the whole season and he appeared in the playoffs. I have a lot of trust in my medical team because they deserve it. I have all the trust that Sergio will be ready as soon as possible.”
