Dexia Mons-Hainaut recruited 22-year old US-comboguard Jerel McNeal who come fresh out of college where he played in the NCAA with Marquette University.
McNeal played in the Sacramento Kings summer league and spent the pre-season with the Los Angeles Clippers, did not however manage to get a contract in the NBA. He could make his Ethias League debute as early as Saturday against Antwer Giants.
In other news from Belgium, Vladan Vukosavljevic and Base Oostende mutually decided to part ways. The Belgian club has already made up a shortlist of centers to replace Vukosavljevic while the Serbian player is heading to Turkey and Petkim Aliaga.
