As the Minnesota Timberwolves announced today, center Karl-Anthony Towns involved in a car accident on Thursday (21/02) on his way to the airport.
According to the team, Towns flew into New York last night, but he is listed as questionable for tonight’s (22/02) game against the New York Knicks.
Per Bleacher Report, Towns has never missed a game in his 303-game career in the NBA.
Coach Saunders told the media this morning that Karl-Anthony Towns was involved in a car accident yesterday on the way to the airport. He flew into New York last night and was excused from shootaround this morning to rest at the hotel. He is listed as questionable for tonight.
