Barcelona were unstoppable from the opening tip and easily defeated Baskonia at home (77-67) to maintain a play-off push (14-9).

The Catalans led from start to finish and never looked back. They took a 15-point advantage midway through the second quarter (44-19) and triumphed over their opponents, as the Basques never got within single digits again (54-44, 69-47).

Kevin Seraphin and Pau Ribas scored 15 points apiece for the winners, as Thomas Heurtel added 11 points, nine assists and five rebounds.

On the other hand, Shavon Shields had 18 points for the losing squad, as Darrun Hilliard contributed 12.

Barcelona improved to 14-9 and remained close to the fourth place, whereas Baskonia dropped to 11-12 and is still fighting for a spot in the playoffs.
