According to Marc Stein of The New York Times, the Sacramento Kings have shown exploratory interest in the Atlanta Hawks point guard Jeremy Lin.

The 30-year-old player is on an expiring $13.7 million contract with the Hawks.

This season, Lin is averaging 10.8 points, 2.4 rebounds and 3.6 assists, while shooting at 47.8 percent from the floor in 19.5 minutes of action.
