Nickeil Alexander-Walker led the Hawks with 27 points and eight assists, including a perfect 9-for-9 performance at the free-throw line.
Atlanta’s perimeter shooting proved decisive, as the team knocked down 8 of 12 attempts from three-point range in the fourth quarter to close the game.
Jalen Johnson recorded 26 points and 10 assists, marking his 44th double-double of the season while controlling the offense throughout.
Jock Landale added 19 points and 13 rebounds, giving Atlanta consistent interior production and second-chance opportunities.
CJ McCollum contributed 22 points and five assists, helping balance the scoring across the starting unit.
The Kings were led by DeMar DeRozan, who finished with 22 points on 9-of-18 shooting while adding three assists.
Maxime Raynaud posted 18 points and 10 rebounds, providing interior presence for Sacramento in extended minutes.
Atlanta trailed by as many as seven points in the first half before shifting momentum late in the second quarter.
The Hawks closed the half on a 26-8 run over the final 5:54 to take a 66-54 lead into the break.
Sacramento responded in the fourth quarter, tying the game at 97 with 7:56 remaining after sustained scoring from its second unit.
The Hawks answered with a 26-16 run to end the game, with 18 of those points coming from beyond the arc.
Atlanta shot 51% from the field and 39% from three-point range, finishing 16-of-41 from deep.
Sacramento shot 48% overall but struggled from long distance, converting just 12-of-32 three-point attempts.
The Kings were also impacted by injuries, with Domantas Sabonis, Zach LaVine, Drew Eubanks and D’Andre Hunter out for the season.
Russell Westbrook also remained sidelined without a return timetable, further limiting Sacramento’s rotation.
Atlanta played without Dyson Daniels, Onyeka Okongwu and Jonathan Kuminga, leading to starting opportunities for Landale and Mouhamed Gueye.
The win marked head coach Quin Snyder’s 500th career victory, achieved during one of the Hawks’ strongest stretches of the season.
Atlanta has now won 15 of its last 17 games, reinforcing its position in the playoff race.
The Kings will continue their road trip against the Brooklyn Nets on Sunday night. The Hawks will host the Boston Celtics on Monday night.
