Khimki were in front by three at halftime (31-34), but CSKA outscored the visitors 27-11 in the third quarter (58-45) and never looked back.
Cory Higgins led the winners, with 17 points, as Daniel Hackett added 13 points and seven assists. Will Clyburn posted 10 points and nine rebounds.
Jordan Mickey made a double-double with 24 points and 11 boards for the losing squad, with Malcolm Thomas contributing 11 points.
CSKA Moscow maintained its perfect record (13-0), whereas Khimki dropped to 10-2.
