Maccabi Tel-Aviv claimed their first win in Moscow since 2004, as they crushed CSKA (76-93), behind a 14-29 run in the fourth quarter.

The Muscovites made a great start to the game (16-4), but the Israelis came back and were down by two in the opening quarter (24-22).

The visitors remained competitive (29-32) and closed the first half in front by five (41-46).

The Russians attempted to come back (59-60, 62-64), yet the visitors went on an 8-18 run to take a 12-point lead and never look back (70-82).

Yovel Zoosman led the winners with 15 points and six rebounds, as Johnny O’Bryant added 14 points and Alex Tyus 12 points, six boards and four blocks.

Nando De Colo and Will Clyburn scored 16 points apiece for the losing squad, as Othello Hunter posted 12 points and nine rebounds.

Maccabi improved to 7-11, whereas CSKA Moscow dropped to 13-5, suffering its worst home loss in more than six years.
