The Los Angeles Lakers beat the two-time defending champions Golden State Warriors (127:101) by the oustanding performance on Christmas Day at Oracle Arena.

For the Lakers, LeBron James posted 17 points, 13 boards, 5 assists, but suffered strained groin injury with 7:51 min left in the third quarter and didn’t return on the court. According to Dave McMenamin of ESPN, LeBron “is considered day to day” and will have a MRI on Wednesday.

Speaking about his injury, James said, per The Washington Post: “With me and injuries, I’m never too concerned. I was able to walk off under my own power. I don’t know [if i can play Thursday vs. the Kings]. We will see what the MRI says.”
