In an interview with the Twin Cities, Nemanja Bjelica referred to his presence in his current team, the Sacramento Kings.

On playing for the “Kings”: “Everything is about opportunity in this league. You need to be ready. We have a great coach (in Sacramento’s Dave Joerger) who knows how to use everybody.

I’m happy here. It’s a new page in my NBA career.”

On his former team, the Minnesota Timberwolves: “Sometimes, because I’m a human being, I felt bad because I didn’t get enough chance.

Even if I got a chance, I would always go back to the bench. But I accepted that and I just try to be a great teammate. I want people to remember me like a great teammate, not like, ‘He was a good player’.”
