Unicaja Malaga announced that they extend contract to Berni Rodriguez for another 4 years. 197 cm high, 28 year-old guard-forward plays in Unicaja since his junior days and it seem that he will remain in the same club for his whole career.
Berni said that Unicaja was always first option for him and that he’s very happy that club offered him new contract. He added that Malaga is greatest place in the world and he won’t leave the club as long as they want to have him.
Last year he averaged 5.6 ppg and 2.4 apg in 23 mpg in ACB and 6.9 ppg, 2.6 apg in same minutes in Euroleague.
