Buducnost stood tall in the end and triumphed over Barcelona (67-64) to claim its third straight victory at home (3-8).

The game was decided in the final two minutes. With the two teams tied at 59, the hosts went on a 5-0 run to take a five-point lead (64-59).

The visitors came back, though, and cut the deficit to one (65-64). Edwin Jackson made both free throws and gave a three-point advantage to Buducnost.

Adam Hanga had the opportunity to force an overtime, but missed the three-pointer at the buzzer and, consequently, the Catalans were defeated.

Earl Clark and Nemanja Gordic scored 12 points apiece for the winners, whereas Hanga (12 points, six rebounds) and Ante Tomic (10 points and six boards) were the best players for the losing squad.

Buducnost claimed their third win in the season (3-8), whereas Barcelona lost for the second straight time (6-5).
