Hapoel Holon and Maccabi Tel-Aviv will face each other in the final of the Isreali league. Holon won Nahariya 100-89, after it was 24 points during the last querter. Nahariya started well with great perfomence by John Gilchrist and led 22-10. Miki Dorsman, Holon's coach, send Simmons and Brown to the court, and his players answer with 50-43 at the half time.
The second half was all Holon, while Tony Washam did what ever he likes and Nahariya, except Barak Peleg, rose a white flag and Holon in the final. P.J. Tucker with 23 points and 13 reb and Washam 19 for Holon. Peleg 20 for Nahariya.
Maccabi was terrible tonight against Bnei-Hashron, but hold Hasharon only in 5 points in all the last querter, all of them from the free frow-line! Hasharon shot only 44% from the free-throw line and Maccabi, despite a disaster offence, could made 13-5 in the end to win the game. Maccabi played only in the first querter, 22-9. Nikola Vujcic was the best in Maccabi in the last Querter with 15 points and 2 block shots.
The final will played on Thursday at "Nokia Arena".
